All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any returned item must be shipped back in its original packaging and packaged properly to prevent damage. If not, an additional-charge may apply upon our sole discretion. Any products you return should not be damaged and cannot show any signs of wear and tear or we will not provide a refund whatsoever. You are responsible for all risk of loss for any returned products nor for any returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

Custom Pre-Build PC Warranty
At Sam’s Tech Center Each build comes with a Lifetime Labor Warranty, guaranteeing that any labor-related service or support is fully covered for the life of the PC. All component parts are protected under their original manufacturer warranties, ensuring proper coverage for hardware-specific issues. To maintain the integrity of the warranty, we carefully document each build and provide clear usage guidelines, as the warranty is voided in cases of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs. This structured approach ensures our customers receive dependable support and transparent protection from the moment they purchase their system.
Personal Electronics Repairs Warranty
Sam’s Tech Center provides a one-year limited warranty covering parts and labor only for the specific repair we performed, and only when a defect is directly caused by our workmanship or the replacement part. If the same issue returns or a repaired part fails within the warranty period, we will re-repair the device, replace the part, or, if neither option is possible, offer a partial or full refund for the part. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, software issues, or problems unrelated to the original repair, nor does it cover data loss or any incidental or consequential damages. To qualify for warranty service, the device must not be opened or modified after our repair, and customers must report issues promptly.

Sam’s Tech Center carefully hand-builds, stress-tests, and quality-checks all PCs before shipping, with orders typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, with rates otherwise based on location, size, and weight, and provide tracking details via email once shipped. In-store and curbside pickup are available during business hours, and any order or address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We ship exclusively through trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx, insure all shipments for full value, and assist customers in the event of delays, damage, or lost packages. For questions regarding shipping, claims, or returns, customers can contact us directly for support.

If you would like to upgrade or modify components in an existing prebuilt PC, please notify us prior to making your purchase so we can complete the changes in a timely manner. For fully customized PC builds tailored to your specifications, please email us with the details of what you’re looking for so we can make it happen. If you wish to make any hardware changes after placing your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Modification requests made after this period may not be possible if the PC has already entered the assembly or shipping process.
