This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Term.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ORDER PROCESSING

Here at Sam’s Tech Center, all of our PC are stressed tested, hand-build to perfection and quality checked before shipping. Orders ship between a window of 1-3 days once payment is confirmed

We offer FREE shipping on all lower 48 states/conterminous United

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for all Purchases. Pickups are available Monday-Friday from 09:00AM to 07:00PM. Once order is ready an Email Confirmation will be sent to you stating “Ready For Pickup” With details on where I will be located to hand you your order.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard Shipping on all orders. Once your order is packaged, we will provide you your tracking information Via Email.

ORDER OR ADDRESS CHANGES?

Order changes or Shipping Address changes should be made known to us within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped we cannot modify address or recall package. We are not responsible for any loss if failure to address us within that 24 hour time period

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We Ship all of our PC’s and products through trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. While we ship your order Via UPS or FedEx, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, carrier logistics, or high volume. We will inform you and provide updates on the status of your order Via Email if such occurs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, internal packaging, and the product itself. All shipments are fully insured. Claims submitted after 72 hours may be denied. 

LOST OR MISSED PACKAGE/MISSING

If tracker is showing that your order was delivered but have not yet received it, please contact the carrier directly for further information to see if package can be picked up at a nearby carrier facility. If unable to locate package then you can create a claim with the carrier with or without our assistance, for assistance on a claim through the carrier please get in contact with us Via Email at techcaresupport@samstechcenter.com to get started on filing a claim and take the next steps into the process.
