Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any returned item must be shipped back in its original packaging and packaged properly to prevent damage. If not, an additional-charge may apply upon our sole discretion. Any products you return should not be damaged and cannot show any signs of wear and tear or we will not provide a refund whatsoever. You are responsible for all risk of loss for any returned products nor for any returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at techcaresupport@samstechcenter.com to obtain and Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number. After receiving an RMA number, we will send the pre-paid return label from UPS Via Email once approved, after approved by us please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. REFUNDS

Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If your refund has not yet been received that you are entitled to under our Policy, first please review your bank statements and or contact your Bank/credit card company and as the case may be. We Sam’s Tech Center do not have control over the processing time for your refund by your Bank/Credit Card Provider. If you believe that a substantial amount of time has passed from the date that you received a return refund approval please get in contact with us as soon as possible at techcaresupport@samstechcenter.com

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

RESTOCKING FEE’S

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Issues caused by user error or any software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during installation) Modifications made to the system by the customer including but not limited by: Replacing Component, overclocking or under-volting, BIOS Updating, or software Installation

WARRANTY/RETURN EXCLUSIONS

There is no Warranty or Return Policy for Digital Products and Clothing Merchandise

CANCELATION

You may cancel any recent purchase by emailing us at techcaresupport@samstechcenter.com before the 3rd Business day from the date of purchase. Any later date after the 3rd Business Day and we can no longer cancel your order. Please also provide the purchase order number or date of sale attached to the email.

CHANGES TO PURCHASES

Before the shipping has started are permitted though any product changes shall be subject to availability and with the possibility and it will not be shipped with-in the same timeframe as original purchase


GIFTS

  • If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
