If you would like to upgrade or modify components in an existing prebuilt PC, please notify us prior to making your purchase so we can complete the changes in a timely manner. For fully customized PC builds tailored to your specifications, please email us with the details of what you’re looking for so we can make it happen. If you wish to make any hardware changes after placing your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Modification requests made after this period may not be possible if the PC has already entered the assembly or shipping process.
Yes absolutely, before Shipping every system undergoes thorough/stress testing, including thermal checks, performance benchmarking, and stability verification, to guarantee it operates flawlessly and ready to ship.
At Sam’s Tech Center Each build comes with a Lifetime Labor Warranty, guaranteeing that any labor-related service or support is fully covered for the life of the PC. All component parts are protected under their original manufacturer warranties, ensuring proper coverage for hardware-specific issues.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any returned item must be shipped back in its original packaging and packaged properly to prevent damage. If not, an additional-charge may apply upon our sole discretion. Any products you return should not be damaged and cannot show any signs of wear and tear or we will not provide a refund whatsoever.
